I voluntarily agree to respond to the following questions which make up Atlyss. I understand that these are questions about what I do and what I like, and that responding to these questions will take about 15 minutes. I understand that the purpose of Atlyss is to identify several elements of my particular style of learning, working, and relating to others.

I understand that my responses to these questions will be used along with the responses from many people in the further development and improvement of Atlyss, and that some of those results may be published. I also understand that my name and other specific identifying information about me and even the fact that I have participated in taking Atlyss will not be used in any publication. I grant permission for the results of my responses to be published in evaluation reports, scholarly journals, business publications, and similar publications.

I understand that the benefit to me is that knowing the elements of my style of learning and relating to and working with others may be useful to me and to them. I also understand that the research on the responses may lead to an improved version of Atlyss that may be useful to me and to others in the future.

I understand that the only potential risk is the possibility of some mild discomfort due to answering some personal questions about the way that I work with other people and in thinking about a range of feelings. I understand that responding to these questions is completely voluntary, and I may stop answering questions at any time without any penalty besides not completing the Atlyss.
